Core information for recurring assessments or fees applied automatically to accounts based on unit type and schedule. This is how regular HOA dues, maintenance fees, and other periodic charges are defined.

Include all currently active recurring charges for each association. Retain historical recurring charge definitions that were active within the last 2 fiscal years for audit trail and historical billing reconciliation.

Usage Notes

•Each recurring charge applies to all units of a specific type within the association

•Best practice: Use consistent frequency across all charges for an association

•Unit Type field can match Unit Types by ID, name, or any unique identifier

•Assessment Amount is charged per occurrence based on frequency (e.g., $250 monthly = $3,000/year)

•Include On Direct Debit determines if homeowners with ACH setup will have this charge auto-withdrawn
