Progressive Late Fee Tiers
The escalating late fee schedule for an association, one record per tier. Only relevant when the association's late fee method is Progressive Late Fee.

Retention History
Include the current tier schedule for each association in the wave being onboarded that charges progressive late fees.
Usage Notes
•Only supply tiers for associations whose late fee method is 'Progressive Late Fee'.
•An association and a months-late value together identify one tier — do not supply the same months-late value twice for one association.
•Supply a tier amount, a tier percentage, or both; a tier with neither is better omitted.
•Number tiers consecutively from 1. The highest tier supplied continues to apply for every month beyond it.
•C3 loads at most six tiers. A seventh and beyond are recorded and reported as a quality issue rather than dropped silently.
•Percentages are whole numbers out of 100: enter 5 for 5%.
