Delinquency Unit Type Overrides

Delinquency values that differ by unit type within an association. Only relevant when the association's late fee method is Fixed Dollar Amount by Unit Type.

Retention History

Include the current per-unit-type values for each association in the wave being onboarded that varies its late fee by unit type.

Usage Notes

•Only supply overrides for associations whose late fee method is 'Fixed Dollar Amount by Unit Type'.

•An association and a unit type together identify one override — do not supply the same unit type twice for one association.

•Supply a record only for unit types that differ; a unit type with no record uses the association-wide value.

•A blank value keeps the association-wide setting rather than clearing it.
